    • Each night of stay (with a fully paid resort fee) every guest room will receive 3 daily credits that can be applied towards rentals to include: Surfboards, Paddleboards, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach Toys and more! Guests reserve their rentals using their daily credits upon arrival to the resort. Other activities at Beach Candy such as Fitness Classes, Surf Lessons and more can be booked at an additional cost.

  • Smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited. A guest caught smoking in the room, will receive a $425 + 4.712% Hawaii State Excise Tax per night fine.
  • Effective immediately, alcoholic beverages will not be served in the Coconut Club for a temporary period of time only.
  • Highgate Charitable Foundation:Highate continually strives to make an impact on hospitality as well as the greater global community. Highgate Hotels has established the Highgate Charitable Foundation to continue to be a positive force in the lives of people near and far. In support of the Highgate Charitable Foundation, the property will be applying a one time $5.00 fee to all guests folios on the day of arrival. The new fee will be processed as follows:      

        A one time $5.00 charge on folio (charged the first night only)
        All reservations are opted-in unless the guest opts out at registration prior to check out
        Applies to all current and new reservations
        The HCF is pay direct and not collected by any 3rd parties    

    Highgate Charitable Foundation’s mission is to support philanthropic organizations and communities world wide that address issues related to poverty, education and health care.

  • Effective October 15, 2021: All guests age 12 and over are required to present adequate proof of complete Covid-19 vaccination (vaccines must be among those approved in Canada) upon check-in at all Highgate Resorts. Proof of vaccination means an official vaccination receipt (Canada), written CDC vaccination card (US), NHS vaccination report, or equivalent officially recognized document issued by the relevant medical and/or governmental authorities.If the hotel determines this requirement is not met, check-in will be refused, and guests will have to be relocated (at guests expense) to another resort.     Effective for arrivals on and after December 15th, 2021, the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel will no longer require guests to be fully vaccinated to check in due to case counts dropping, Hawaii resident vaccination rates are increasing and with the State and Federal Government lifting restrictions.
